Description
Today, cassette toilets are the absolute standard in motorhomes. They are compactly constructed and have a display that unfortunately only shows when the toilet is full. Once this is reached, the toilet in the vehicle can no longer be used. Planning disposal in advance is not possible, which means that the toilet is of limited use.
The tank electrode 20 K-WC was further developed on the basis of the long-established tank electrode in order to obtain a fully-fledged filling indicator specifically for use in cassette toilets. The compact design makes it possible to simply screw the tank sensor into the toilet cassette from above using the mounting ring provided. The 38 mm diameter mounting opening required for this is easy to create with a hole saw. The fully encapsulated electronics are designed to be waterproof (IP67) and suitable for rough operation when flushing the toilet cassette.
To change the cassette, the 20 K-WC tank electrode is disconnected from the vehicle using a solid 3-pin round plug and the plug is fixed to the cassette. In addition to the 3-pin round plug connection, the scope of delivery also includes a mounting ring and all the mounting materials.
