Description
This Predator lithium leisure battery has a capacity of 100Ah and is designed to fit under the seat of many motorhomes. This means that up to 200Ah of battery power can be installed without taking up any additional space in the motorhome. 100 Amp charge/discharge rates make the battery suitable for use with a 1,000 Watt inverter or a 2,000 Watt model when 2 or more batteries are connected in parallel, enabling the use of many 240V appliances.
If you're an all-year-round motorhomer, it's reassuring to know that this battery has built-in heaters. Most lithium batteries will be damaged if they're charged while the temperature is below 0 degrees C. When this battery is receiving a charge - from the mains, solar panels or a battery-to-battery charger, the heaters will activate so that the battery can be charged down to -20 degrees C.
A maximum of four batteries can be connected together in parallel to give a total storage capacity of 400 Amp/hours.
The battery is Bluetooth-equipped and there's an easy-to-use app available for both Android and iPhones.
